FEATURES & APPLICATIONS
XYlink P-1000、P-650 and P-250 serials are aromatic diamine chain extenders or curatives containing flexible ether segment and ester group. The molecular structures of XYlink P series are similar with the XYlink 740M. 740M was approved to be used in the PU articles that directly contact with food and drug by the FDA. XYlink P series can also be used as the curing agent of expoxy resin and improve the crack resistance of expoxy. The polyurethane elastomers cured with P series have excellent tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, heat-aging resistance and adhesion.
As viscous liquids, XYlink P-1000 and P-650 could be mixed with TDI or MDI based prepolymer at room temperature for casting and curing. It is especially suitable for onsite processing due to its easy workability. Their application includes casting elastomers, coatings, adhesives, sealants and sprayings. The room temperature vulcanization with XYlink P-1000 or P-650 not only provides a simple process, but also the finished product has better performance than heat-curing MDI/diol system. Polyurethane elastomer formulated with XYlink P-1000 or P-650 has a low shrinkage ratio.
Compared with 740M, P-250 has a lower melting point and is easier to handle, and the hardness of the P-250 cured articles is higher than those based on P-1000 and P-650.
P-1000 and P-650 might become somewhat frozen if stored at a low temperature for a long time, warm them to liquid before use.

PACKAGING
20kg or 50kg net weight in galvanized iron drum or plastic drum.

STORAGE
This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place. Keep it away from sunlight.
Shelf life of this product is 1 year. If stored over shelf life, it can still be used when the main application properties be qualified by inspecting.
