    FEATURES &APPLICATIONS
    XYlink 401 is an aromatic imine-type latent curing agent based on aromatic diamine and ketone/aldehyde. It is a low viscosity liquid, and has good miscibility with -NCO terminated polyurethane prepolymers, and can reduce the viscosity of room temperature curing polyurethane system.
    XYlink 401 decomposes rapidly when it contacts moisture, and the generated high reactive amino group reacts quickly with -NCO and solidifying occur, making water have no chance to react with -NCO, thus bubble hole formed in film can be avoided which due to a lot of CO2 generated from isocyanate-water reaction.
    XYlink 401 is mainly recommended used in one-component moisture-curing polyurethane(1-K MCU) coating system, and can solve the bubble and pinhole problem in MCU systems. It can also be used in solvent-free two-component polyurethane and other products cured at room temperature or medium temperature. Main application includes 1-K MCU waterproof coatings, anticorrosive coatings, floor coating, solvent-free polyurethane adhesives, sealants, etc.
    XYlink 401 latent curing agent is an environmentally friendly product with low VOC emission, and it gives polyurethane good mechanics performance.

    STORAGE
    This product is water sensitive and decomposes rapidly when it is contacted with moisture. It should be stored airtightly in a ventilated, sunproof and dry place. Keep the container well sealed after using and fill nitrogen to prevent moisture.
    The shelf time is 6 months in case of unopened. If stored over shelf life, it can still be useful when the main application properties are qualified by inspecting.
